It is mainly used to break and close the power system load current, overload current, short-circuit current. It is widely used in urban power grid as a section or , or as a outdoor substation outgoing switch in rural electric power distribution system.
It consists of poles, CT, spring or permanent magnet mechanism and enclosure. Spring mechanism is sealed in the enclosure. ZW32 vacuum circuit breaker can be combined with disconnector to be used as section switch.
It has multi-protection and functions, such as overload, short circuit, quick break, earthing, reclosing, remote control and remote communication.
Operating mechanism: spring mechanism (manual/ motor ) / permanent magnet Disconnecting switch: disconnecting at one side or both sides ( if needed) Optional: CT, zero CT, PT, surge arrester Control and protection: inrush current controller Bell type FTU (optional) Box type FTU (optional) Installation: pole mounted Standard IEC 60056 Features Vacuum circuit breaker is three phase post type structure, reliable and stable breaking capacity, without combustion and explosion danger, maintenance free, small size, light weight, long service life Vacuum circuit breaker is comple d places Three phase pole and CT uses epoxy resin solid insulation, or epoxy resin coated with silicone rubber solid insulation, which is anti-high & low temperature, ultraviolet resistant and aging resistant.
Operation mechanism is small size spring mechanism, reliable action, long mechanical life, up to 10000 operations. Operation mechanism is installed in the sealed enclosure, corrosion resistant. There is no oil or sf6 gas in the enclosure, environmentally friendly.
Close and open can be operated by manual or motor, or remote control. It can be combined with recloser controller or section controller to form automatic recloser or automatic sectionalizer.
