Precision 10A DC Resistance Meter for Professional Electrical Testing Transformer DC resistance test is the important project during transformer commissioning,change tap swtich.
Fast test speed: the maximum output charging current of the DC resistance speed tester can reach 2A The core saturation is accelerated, thus the charging time is shortened and the test speed is improved Using imported high-quality components, DC resistance speed measuring instrument data accurate and stable Product Parameters Following transformer handover, overhaul, and tap changer replacement, a dc resistance test of the transformer windings is a crucial test item.
It is feasible to assess the quality of the leads' welding or connections, determine whether the transformer windings have inter-turn shorts or open circuits, and determine whether the tap-changer is making good . In the past, direct resistance was measured using the QJ44 dual-arm bridge.
Because of this bridge type's Ma level measurement current, measuring direct resistance requires a lot of time and has poor precision. The ZZC-2A DC resistance quick tester was created to , decrease measurement times, and lighten the load on testers.
