The VILLE SZ22-20000/38.5 is a professional medium-voltage three-phase oil-immersed on-load tap changing power transformer manufactured in China, specially designed for regional power grid substations, industrial park power distribution and heavy industrial power supply systems.
With a rated capacity of 20000kVA, 38.5kV high voltage input and 10kV low voltage output, this product strictly follows IEC 60076 international power transformer standards and adopts mature oil-immersed insulation and heat dissipation technology.
Different from ordinary fixed-ratio transformers, this SZ22 series model is equipped with a high-precision on-load tap changer, covering a regulation range of ±3×2.5%.
It can perform accurate voltage fine-tuning under full-load operating status without power interruption, effectively solving voltage instability caused by grid load fluctuation and long-distance line loss.
The standard Yd11 vector group (optional YNd11) and 8% standard short-circuit impedance guarantee excellent grid connection compatibility and strong short-circuit fault resistance.
In terms of energy efficiency design, the transformer uses high-permeability low-loss silicon steel sheet core and precisely arranged windings, which greatly reduces magnetizing loss and operating loss.
Compared with traditional transformers, this model features lower no-load current and higher overall efficiency, helping power stations and industrial users achieve energy conservation, emission reduction and low-cost operation.
For field adaptability and operational safety, the whole machine adopts fully sealed welding structure to prevent external moisture, dust and rain from invading the internal insulation system. The high-purity mineral insulating oil ensures stable insulation and heat dissipation performance.
The dual ONAN/ONAF cooling system automatically switches working modes according to real-time load, maintaining stable temperature rise and extending service life under heavy-load and high-temperature operating environments. All units undergo complete factory tests before delivery with full qualification reports.
