Zhejiang Shenmeng Company specializes in the production of reactors, including: Shunt reactor,Current-limiting reactor,Filter reactor,Series reactor,Flat wave DC reactor,Dry type iron core reactor,Oil type reactors, etc.
The rated voltage of the reactor is 6kV~750kV, the current is 100A~20000A, and the capacity is 10kvar~300000kvar. The advantages of dry-type air-core reactor 1.High mechanical strength to withstand elevated short circuit forces.
2.Isothermal design method which ensures windings in all layers are the same with respect to the temperature rise. 3.Low noise level for noise sensitive applications.
4.Low eddy-current loss.The winding is wound in parallel with small diameter aluminum (copper) conductor of multiple dielectric layers, greatly reduce eddy current loss. 5.Epoxy impregnated fiberglass encapsulated construction. 6.Reasonable insulation structure, high reliability of inter-turn insulation.
7.Surface treatment for protection against UV radiation and pollution. 8.Minimum maintenance requirements and environmentally friendly. 9.All design are based on IEC, GB, JB standard.

Dry-type iron core reactor: Product Parameters Shunt reactor: The shunt reactor BKGKL series shunt reactors are connected in parallel with the low-voltage winding side of 110kV, 220kV or 500kV substations ,for reactive compensation of capacitance for long-distance transmission line, which will ensure stable voltage running of transmission and distribution system.
