Ultrason E PESU Ultrason E 7020 P Packing:10kg/bag Description Ultrason E 7020 P is an unreinforced, injection molding PESU grade, high viscosity, high-temperature resistant, amorphous thermoplastic derived from polyethersulfone (PESU). It is insoluble in water.
Exhibits outstanding thermal stability, creep strength at high temperatures, resistance to fracture, superheated steam, oil, fuel, coolants, good toughness & impact-resistance, high stiffness, good dielectric properties, high mechanical strength, very good fire behavior, excellent hydrolysis resistance, high resistance to thermal aging, very high long-term service temperature, resistance to weathering, good dimensional stability and good electrical insulating capacity.
Recommended for membrane applications and coatings. Applications Typical applications include membrane applications and coatings. Overview: Ultrason is used in high-quality parts and highly stressed mass-produced items because of its broad range of properties.
Consequently, Ultrason can replace thermoset materials, metals and ceramics. Ultrason grades are high-temperature resistant, amorphous thermoplastics derived from polysulfone (PSU), polyethersulfone (PESU) and polyphenylsulfone (PPSU).
Their wide spectrum of properties allows them to be molded into high-quality engineering parts and highly stressed mass-produced articles.
