Product overview The ZYD-100 is a double-stage vacuum purification system for transformer insulation oil used in power stations, transformer stations, power-equipment manufacturing, electrical maintenance, testing, and related power-engineering work.

It is described for high-grade and ultra-high-voltage transformer oil and for online filtration at 110 kV, 220 kV, and 500 kV substations. The system is designed to remove moisture, gases—including hydrogen, acetylene, and methane—and particulate impurities from insulation oil.

Its additional operating functions include vacuum drying, vacuum oil injection, hot-oil circulation, and use as a separate vacuum-pumping unit for transformers and other power equipment.

Configuration and operation The vacuum system combines a Roots pump with a rotary-vane primary pump and has a stated ultimate vacuum below 5 Pa. Two horizontal vacuum separators use duplex-stereo film evaporation.

A large-area cylindrical precision filter element supports fine filtration and is designed for straightforward installation and replacement. Heating uses indirect internal-and-external double-tube heat-radiation technology. Automatic control and interlocks cover the oil pump, vacuum pump, and heater.
